Pi Lo Chun 'Jade Spring Snail'


A legend with a natural, fresh aroma and very delicate flavour. This wonderful tea is made from the Gan Chin Sin Tze plant, and only grows in the south of Taipei in Sansia. Nobody knows why. Instructions: Take a generous pinch of tea with your thumb, index and middle fingers, drop in a glass, and add hot water (about 80�C). Watch the leaves swirl and dance up and down, once they have come to rest at the bottom of the glass, the tea is ready to drink. You can continue to top it up with hot water until the leaves have lost their taste.
